Ommyx makes health tracking simple and instructive. It integrates your nutrition, activity, and sleep data, and uses machine learning to identify the individual and collective impacts on your health and performance. SELECT YOUR GOALS: Ommyx tailors its recommendations and data analysis based on your goals. Choose from improving athletic readiness, fitness capacity, cognitive performance, or physical recovery, and Ommyx will personalize your experience.

TRACK YOUR NUTRITION: Use the Ommyx food tracker for the simplest, most efficient tracking experience on the market. With simple functions that allow you to see your day at a glance, scan barcodes, save your favorite recipes, copy meals from one day to the next, and even sync the Ommyx bluetooth scale with the food tracker, improving your nutrition has never been more convenient.

INTEGRATE YOUR WEARABLES AND APPS: With an extensive list of Ommyx integrations, Ommyx helps you better understand how your all of your data impacts you as an individual. Apple Health (HealthKit and CareKit), WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, and Peloton are just a few of the supported Ommyx integrations.

MAKE SENSE OF YOUR METRICS: Once your wearables are connected, Ommyx helps you sort through all the data and see what truly works for you and what doesn’t.
